Employees will feel more encouraged in doing their job if the company have better incentives. This year in KGE, we increased some of the incentives given to worker to boost morale, motivation, attendance, and improve productivity.
Even though we are in a SMEs, We still working on how to increase the incentives from time to time for all the employees and also because, we value their effort, cooperation and support of the hardworking individuals that helps the company to reach its goal.
